HS Polymer is easy to use.

The end waterproofing layer is elastic and absorbs temperature expansions.

Does not require any additional reinforcement or corner strips. There is no overlapping of individual layers which makes it ideal for uneven surfaces.

How to use:

The base must be clean, dry and should not crumble.

Separate part of the HS Polymer and dilute it with water in 1:1 ratio. The resulting consistency is applied as a primer.

After last layer has dried, a new layer of HS Polymer is applied without diluting it with water.

After the primer has dried, a new layer of HS Polymer is applied without diluting it with water.

FAQ:

1. Do I need special tools or additional materials to apply HS Polymer waterproofing?

No! All you need is HS Polymer, a brush and/or roller and water.

2. What kind of waterproofing is HS Polymer?

It is a polymer waterproofing of the type liquid rubber.

3. How fast does it dry?

It depends on the temperature and humidity of the air, but HS Polymer is a quick-drying waterproofing.

4. Is HS Polymer elastic?

Yes, HS Polymer is hyper-elastic which is why thermal expansion cannot compromise it. If applied to two separate substrates, the bond is strong and elastic enough so that it will not cause tearing or cracking.

5. Can it be walked on?

Yes, HS Polymer waterproofing can be walked on.

6. How long can it last?

If the waterproofing is sealed with another layer, for example, tiles. Life expectancy is over 100 years. In case HS Polymer is the final layer and is exposed to external weather conditions, there is a 5-year warranty. If before the end of the fifth year, only 1 more layer is applied (with a consumption rate of 400 grams per m2) life expectancy will be increased for 5 more years.

7. How does HS Polymer reduce the indoor temperature in summer?

HS Polymer is an extremely clean product. There are no fillers or additives in it. Тherefor it has more than 95% whiteness, as a result of which it does not allow heating of the base.

8. Can it be used in a garage?

Yes, there is no problem to apply it in a garage. But strong friction can reduce the life of the waterproofing.

9. Can tiles be glued on HS Polymer waterproofing?

Yes! It even increases the bonding strength.

10. Can it be colored?

Yes, it can be colored with our pigments. They are available separately and are mixed with the HS Polymer before use.

11. What surfaces can it be applied to?

On a dry and clean surface. Concrete, metal, wood, plaster, bitumen, plastic, glass and others.

12. How thick is the waterproofing with HS Polymer?

A primer layer plus two coats should be applied as a minimum. The total thickness is about 1 mm. which is completely sufficient to form a waterproof layer. Additionally, an unlimited amount of layers can be applied.

13. How is it stored?

It is stored in the original container, at temperatures between +5 and +35 degrees. The container should not be kept in direct sunlight.

14. When cannot HS Polymer waterproofing be applied?

It cannot be applied at temperatures lower than 5 degrees.

15. Do extreme temperatures affect waterproofing?

No! Once it is dry, the waterproofing can withstand extreme sub-zero and positive temperatures.

16. How do I know if it's right for me?

HS Polymer is a widely used waterproofing that can be used both for external and internal use. It can be a final or intermediate layer. If you are still not sure - contact us!
